  1. Hmmmmpf. Sure wish people would come closer. I know a great range out of the valley, then Vegas in the valley. Fun for all!

  3. I'm considering the Elsy Pearson public shooting range in Casa Grande, very close to the intersection of I-10 and I-8. The long bay there is 300 yards, and the backstop is a mountain range. There's a big chunk of rock at about 600 yards directly at the end of the 300 yard bay. There are also 100 yard, 50 yard and 25 yard bays all with covered shooting areas, some with concrete benches. (Bring your own seating.)

FEAR

"I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain." - Bene Gesserit, from Frank Herbert's Dune
