The rally is aimed at drawing “APD awareness for better protocols on shooting to disarm versus shooting to kill,” according to a release from organizer Miriama Aumavae, the executive director of the recently-founded Polynesian Community Center. (emphasis Guffaw)
What a bunch of maroons! Obviously, they watch the tripe Hollywood feeds them, then believe it all to be truth and factual.
They probably believe guns cause crime, too!

I only shoot to STOP THE THREAT. The best way to stop the threat is to do as much serious damage as possible as fast as you can… That involves hits to center body mass and heads… with a decent caliber projectile. I’m not a good enough shot to aim for arms and legs… even if that was a good idea – which it is not.
Cops are, by and large, such lousy shots that the only way they kill people is by overwhelming firepower and absolutely helpless victims. You don’t hear much about a one to one deal with an armed opponent…
