More On Voter Fraud

I posted a while ago three examples of voter fraud (or potential fraud).  One of the examples was shown to be a spurious claim.  This, of course, doesn’t mean that the other two are invalid, or that other claims don’t exist.

Massive Voting Fraud In Upcoming Maryland Election

Pat McDonough, candidate for U.S. Congress in Maryland’s Second District, is charging that Maryland will be a victim of massive voter fraud in the upcoming election.

A few years ago, members of “Voter’s Alliance,” a volunteer group, conducted an investigation in Frederick County that uncovered a large number of non-citizens voting in Maryland’s elections. The group discovered that these non-citizens were called in for Jury Duty. When the non-citizens arrived at the Jury office, they admitted that although they were registered voters, they were not citizens. They confirmed they were violating the law by signing a required legal document at the Jury office.
Under present Court rules and state law, the information contained in the documents confirming a non-citizen is registered to vote is to be forwarded to the State Election Board. Step 2 requires the Election Board to remove this individual from the voting list and provide the information to the State Prosecutor for future action.

None of these mandated actions are being initiated at this time. This means the law is not being enforced and the violators are not being punished. The system is broken and some public figures may need to be called on to provide answers. Remember, at the federal level, these violations are a felony.
Multiplying the number of non-citizen voters discovered in Frederick County by the other 23
sub-divisions brings us to the conclusion that the number of non-citizen voters could be in the thousands in Maryland. This scandal is not a Democrat, Republican or partisan issue. This challenge is about great leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King and Susan B. Anthony who put their lives on the line to maintain equality and integrity in the voter process.

It is hard to believe in this day and age with modern technology, the non-citizens are voting unlawfully. It is even more difficult to believe that these unlawful voters are getting away with this violation and are remaining on the voter’s rolls.

This scandal is a form of suppression of voters’ rights. Our votes are being cancelled or diluted by a non-citizen who is voting at the same time.

Pat McDonough attempted to remedy this situation with legislation in the 2016 session of the Maryland General Assembly. The Delegate’s House Bill 1122, the “Voter Disclosure Act,” would introduce a common-sense chain of actions that would protect the voting rolls of Maryland.
The State Jury system would be compelled to forward any information discovered about non-citizens voting within five business days to the Election Board. The Election Board would then be required to remove the violators’ names from the voting lists and forward their information to the State Prosecutor for appropriate actions. House Bill 1122 failed in committee by a vote of 12 to 8, along partisan lines.

McDonough is now demanding that several key actions must be initiated in order to protect Maryland voters during the upcoming election. He is taking the foll wing actions:
• He is sending a letter of complaint to the State Prosecutor’s office requesting that they summon information from all Jury clerks in every sub-division requiring them to provide any information related to non-citizens being called to Jury Duty and rejected.

• In the spirit of bipartisanship, McDonough will be providing this information to Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger contact Maryland U.S. Attorney Rosenstein to investigate this matter because it is a violation of federal law.

Delegate McDonough stated, “I am asking Congressman Ruppersberger to join me in a partnership to protect the voting rights of Maryland’s citizens.”

from Free North Carolina (in part)

AND, from Breitbart:

North Carolina voters roll shows that the Tar Heel State has 2,214 voters that are 110-years-old. Most of these voters are democrats and most seem to live in four democrat-controlled counties. Some of these aged voters have already voted absentee.

Many are even older than 110. In fact, it seems that NC has an awful lot of voters that are 112, too. The Carolina Transparency project did a review of the voter rolls this year and found that there are 631 Democrats who are 112 or older. By contrast, the Republicans can only find 229 over 112 voters in the state (and “unaffiliated” found 39).

And it gets worse. Two voters — and, yes, they’ve already voted in early voting — are over 150! One in Gaston County is 154 and another in Granville County is an astonishing 160!

This isn’t necessarily evidence of vote theft. It could be a massively failed voter registration system, although it is notable that the largest number of these voters just happen to be Democrats. But what ever is the case, it is highly unlikely to have this many centenarian voters still able to get out of their wheelchairs or retirement homes and have a run down to the polling place. Something certainly seems amiss in North Carolina.

It would appear North Carolina and Maryland  have some ‘issues’ in this regard.  I’m certain there are no problem in swing or more populous States, though. (/sarcasm font)

Growing up I was taught to believe this Nation’s Principles were sacrosanct.  And, with them her institutions.  Now, the scales have dropped from my eyes.  The DOJ and FBI are corrupt.  Voting in so many places is polluted.  And many of the voters seem to think it’s okay to tamper with such things – the ends justify the means, and all that.

I weep for The Republic.

And, I   am   ANGRY.

Partisanship, With Blinders

Regular readers know I am not openly supporting any Presidential candidate (except, of course, Joe Maddon – the Chicago Cubs manager, on my sidebar!🙂 – bumper stickers for charity! )

So, I’ve been observing the machinations and mewlings of the candidates as a distracted observer.  With an airline barf bag at-the-ready!

An interesting side note on this (and most recent) elections, is the degree of partisanship that continues to appear.  For example:  YOUR candidate said “X” so many years ago (a crude statement), therefore they do not deserve to be President!  Completely ignoring the high crimes and misdemeanors perpetrated by their own candidate!  A crime being stronger than an inappropriate statement.

Now we have a recent debate (which, again, I refused to watch) wherein Mr. Trump made a number of provocative statements, including if he were President, Secretary Clinton would be in jail!

One would have to be wearing blinders and earplugs to not understand the meaning behind such a statement had to do with her alleged actions involving thousands of confidential government emails and perhaps non-actions involving the deaths @ Benghazi.  (The sale of uranium to Russia and the misdeeds of The Clinton Foundation notwithstanding!)

But depending on your party affiliation, you might choose to make Mr. Trump dictatorial and conclude his statement was a blanket declaration to imprison all those who differ with his policies.

And ignore the crimes of your own candidate.

Of course, as oft repeated by Bill O’Reilly*, holding up another’s bad acts do not serve to justify one’s own!

“THEY did it!, so I get to!”

*I used to enjoy watching Mr. O’Reilly, until he began parsing the Second Amendment and stating ‘assault weapons’ (whatever THEY are) should be banned.  Then, I stopped watching him.  I view him as a populist, saying what ‘the people’ want to hear (not unlike Mr. Trump.  Huey Long?).  Except, O’Reilly has slightly better filter than Mr. Trump!)

The Final Opportunity

Peter (of Bayou Renaissance Man) posted a concise analysis of the the hows and whys of where this election could possibly go.

And, it’s NOT a positive post!

At least for those of us who believe in this Constitutional Republic and Individual Liberty.

His last paragraph:

I remain convinced that if Clinton wins, this Republic cannot survive in its present form.  She and her urban elite supporters have already all but trashed our Constitution, blatantly selling themselves and their public offices to the highest bidder.  If they win again, they’ll trample underfoot what remains of our nation.  We’ll be swamped by illegal aliens, many of whom will vote (illegally or not) for the party that promises them the biggest handouts.  If our Republic and Constitution are to be preserved, I fear this election may be the final opportunity to do so via the ballot box.

You should really go and read the whole post.

And it’s precursor.

I’ve posted before regarding how this Republic is unique in history, and how even the Romans probably thought they would continue forever.  I think most folks don’t read history or blogs.  They are too busy trying to eke out an existence, living paycheck to paycheck, hoping the Government won’t continue to tax them into oblivion, or continue to erode their God-given rights to dust.

If they even consider such things.

They feel they are tiny cogs in the uber-machine, and have no control over the inevitable outcome.

And that The American Experiment will not continue forever.

Peter says:  “If our Republic and Constitution are to be preserved, I fear this election may be the final opportunity to do so via the ballot box.”

What could happen after that is too painful to consider.

Please VOTE, as if your Life and The Republic depends on it!

I fear it does…

Where Is This GUFFAW Of Which You Speak?

Well, I’m still here.

In Arizona.

OH!  You mean the ‘funny’ stuff?

Yeah, it’s been awhile.  It’s difficult to find humor in an election year when things remain dire, could get MUCH worse, and the choices seem to be between Tweedledum, Tweedledummer, and Dummer STILL!

Below is a cartoon, so it should might have some humor…

(Probably not as much as you were hoping for!)

Decency And Character

Yep.  I’m speaking of the recent dustup of things long-time ago said by candidates.

Mr. Trump has been recorded using language that might have originated in a high school locker room.  As has Secretary Clinton (at least in print).  And her husband.  And Jack Kennedy.

And, The President.

Use (or non-use) of such language, of course, is not a qualification for The Presidency.

My question is, what ever happened to the character of individuals?  Used to be persons with character aspired to be The President.  Washington, Jefferson and John Adams come to mind.  All persons of character.  Each very different.  (Yes, I know Washington and Jefferson owned slaves…)

They were human.  I suspect they might have uttered socially-inappropriate language in private moments.

But they rose to the challenge to move this Constitutional Republic forward.

I don’t see that in any of the current of recent candidates.

Now, it’s reported by the Clinton’s that they have victims of rape by Mr. Trump coming forward!  Seriously?  Not only is the timing questionable, but the whole pot-kettle thing!

I know politics by it’s very nature is dirty.  Regardless:

I weep for The Republic.

Those Men Behind The Curtain, Again

from Wirecutter

Election officials in Franklin County, Ohio are reportedly stumped over what one maintenance worker found in a dilapidated downtown Columbus warehouse earlier this week.

According to sources, Randall Prince, a Columbus-area electrical worker, was doing a routine check of his companies wiring and electrical systems when he stumbled across approximately one dozen black, sealed ballot boxes filled with thousands of Franklin County votes for Hillary Clinton and other Democrat candidates.

“No one really goes in this building. It’s mainly used for short-term storage by a commercial plumber,” Prince said.

So when Prince, who is a Trump supporter, saw several black boxes in an otherwise empty room, he went to investigate. What he found could allegedly be evidence of a massive operation designed to deliver Clinton the crucial swing state.

Meet The Young Virginia Democrat That Registered 19 Dead People To Vote In Virginia

Harrisonburg Votes

Just yesterday we wrote about an FBI investigation into potential voter fraud in the critical swing state of Virginia after it was revealed that 19 dead people had recently been re-registered to vote (see “FBI Investigating More Dead People Voting In The Key Swing State Of Virginia“).  While the Washington Post caught wind of the investigation, it was not known who was behind the operation…until now.

Meet, Andrew Spieles, a student at James Madison University, and apparently “Lead Organizer” for HarrisonburgVOTES.  According to the Daily News-Record, Spieles confessed to re-registering 19 deceased Virginians to vote in the 2016 election cycle.

While this should come as a surprise to precisely 0 people, Spieles just happens to be Democrat who, accorded to a deleted FaceBook post, apparently recently ran for Caucus Chair of the Virginia Young Democrats.

It’s too bad really, sounds like Spieles had all the right “special talents” required to be very successful politician…he just forgot the most important first rule: “Don’t get caught.”

Ohio and Virginia?  Nothing to see there.  I’m certain there’s no chicanery in NY or California.  Or any other electoral heavy State.
Oh, wait!  Didn’t Jerry Brown just give the vote to FELONS?

Yep.  Nothing to see here – move along…

“Free” And “Fair” Elections

My dear friend Borepatch posts:

Control of the Presidential Election

The headline reads “Homeland Security to Take Charge of Election.” My first thought was, well, sure, they did such a great job at the airports, why not?

There’s certainly security issues with the elections, clear problems with unauthorized voting, tallies that make no sense, and the possibility that the outcome in a state could be compromised by computer.

Consolidating the election into a singe system means a single point of failure. You could easily have multiple, overlapping intrusions skewing the results and those intrusion could come from both internal and external actors.

“Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything.”— Josef Stalin

Let’s see…
An administration rife with corruption, political double-dealing, and outright crime, criminals (and communists) decides without input from the People or the States that they are to oversee the election.
What could possibly go wrong?

While I’m philosophically libertarian (small L), I’m not certain the current national Libertarian Party embodies my personal views.  Or that of the party I first registered for in 1976…
But, I get Laura’s point.
I’d an email exchange with a democratic socialist (who is a dear friend and reads this blog) following Gov. Johnson’s faux pas, who said she had been considering voting for him, but, now was forced to consider Secretary Clinton.
Jokingly, I responded it was too bad she was choosing the lesser of three weevils.
Her response was Vote for Cthulhu!  Why pick the lesser evil?
I fear she is doing precisely that!
(In a World where many elected officials take an oath, but have no idea what The Constitution even means (or are committing perjury), and won’t stand for the Pledge of Allegiance or the National Anthem (their right, of course…) )

Pay no attention to him.

“Election Fraud Underway” – NBC Affiliate Posts “Election Results” For Florida Race That Hasn’t Happened Yet

Via David

Laurel Bennett

Republican candidate for Florida House District 86, Laurel Bennett, was a bit shocked over the weekend when she discovered that a local West Palm Beach NBC affiliate, WPTV, reported that she had lost a race even though votes hadn’t been cast yet.  Why do we need voters when it’s far easier to just skip straight to the results?

The note from WPTV showed Laurel getting 12,189 votes or 45%.  Laurel posted the following comment to her facebook page in response to the erroneous report:

“Election fraud is already taking place here in Palm Beach County!  WPTV is posting election results, today, when the race is Tuesday! Please spread the word and contact everyone you know to vote Bennett on Tuesday! I have a snapshot of it! End corruption in Palm Beach! It begins with you, the voter!”

Let’s see…
Foreign governments hacking into American voting systems…rampant voter registration fraud, especially in swing States…protest and court decisions AGAINST voter ID…movements to register illegal aliens and felons…
It used to be that those of us who speculated the Presidential elections weren’t decided at the polls, but rather by a committee of powerful men in a smoke-filled room somewhere, were thought of as wild-eyed paranoiacs.  Not as much, anymore.
Things have changed.
They don’t allow smoking most places, anymore!

The Party’s Over

I became a libertarian (small L) back in 1976.  While I registered and voted many times for the party’s candidates, I never actually joined the national party.

Initially, it was because of lack of funds.

Now, it’s for other reasons.

(from Wirecutter, a fellow-traveler)

On Friday, Brian Doherty of the Libertarian flagship publication Reason scolded me, and by extension anyone else who has been turned off by some of the Johnson-Weld ticket’s public statements, that we were placing more importance on “the attitude stuff related to culture war issues about discrimination and guns” than on the really crucial issues of “spending or budgets or the growth of government.”

Then on Monday, Gary Johnson came out in favor of—drumroll, please—a carbon tax to fight global warming.

The Libertarian party lost my vote the moment Johnson picked Bill Weld as his running mate. Weld has a proven record of suppressing the People’s Rights when he was governor of Massachusetts. Disarming Americans or placing any type of restrictions on any of our God given Rights is not what I thought the Libertarians were about.

Between Bill Weld, who has waffled almost more than Donald Trump, and a belief in the global warming scam (coupled with a TAX!), I believe the national libertarian party to be a shadow of it’s former self.

The Libertarians of the 1970’s wouldn’t even consider voting for such tripe!

Now comes the big question – do I vote Libertarian Statist, or for one of the other two major party Fascists?

Perhaps it’s time to consider that Cub’s manager again?  Couldn’t do much worse…

PS – Is it the nature of political parties (as it seems to be with governments) to begin all pie-eyed and wondrous in their principles, only to become perverted by corruption and reality?  I had such hope for the Libertarians…

"Round up the usual suspects."

In Loving Memory…
