Female Body Inspectors?

That’s what we called them in Junior High.

When I became an ‘adult’, and was ‘on the street’ (as a P.I.), the phrase bandied about by street cops, court folks, prosecutors, attorneys, and yes, other federal agents was:

“F****** Bad Investigators!”

I used to have the utmost respect for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  In spite of the political crimes, COINTELPRO, black-bag jobs, and J. Edgar’s dress.

In another life, I was taught and qualified to take, read and classify fingerprints.  By a retired FBI agent!

I’d often thought (in the pre-CCW, Constitutional Carry world) that the way to carry a concealed weapon legally was to become a fed. (!)  That way, one could go just about everywhere armed.  How cool would THAT be?

But, then we had Ruby Ridge.  Waco.  And in the post-Hoover era things have NOT improved.

Witness this latest nonsense.

(NO, this is not me ranting about JFK’s assassination, again!)

I was going to keep my distance from the whole ‘armed clown occupiers are arrested (and one killed) after a run-in with governmental armed clowns’, but this seems to be something not going away – from the blogosphere, anyway.

Max, Here is a version that is zoomed in and can be played at 1080p HD. It repeats the killing sequence 4 times

“The FBI sent 100 agents in 40 armored vehicles to murder one man in Oregon, but they haven’t even interviewed Hillary Clinton yet.”

So there you have it.  Maybe.

Did the federal government protect us from some right-wing extremist whack jobs, or is this yet another example of federal ‘overreach’, not unlike the executions @ Ruby Ridge and Waco?
The Internet is abuzz with this was simply suicide-by-cop, coupled with an idea to incite violence (?)
There has also been chatter regarding the ‘armed occupiers’ being treasonous, and therefore deserved prison and/or killing.  Without due process, I might add…
Then, I remembered some other ‘armed’ occupiers:Eric-Holder-Columbia-1973-yearbook-343x620

Report: Did Eric Holder Participate in‘Armed’ Occupation of Columbia ROTC Office?

The Daily Caller is reporting that the nation’s highest-ranking law enforcement official, Attorney General Eric Holder, participated in what has been described by some as an “armed” takeover of Columbia University’s Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) office in 1970.

Apparently Holder was one of the leaders of the Student Afro-American Society (SAAS) that demanded the abandoned ROTC center be transformed into the “Malcom X Lounge.”
Holder described the five-day event during a 2010 commencement speech: “[Several] of us took one of our concerns — that black students needed a designated space to gather on campus — to the Dean [of Freshmen]’office. This being Columbia, we proceeded to occupy that office.”
Holder, however, recalls the event as being “peaceful.”
The Daily Caller continues:

The details of the student-led occupation, including the claim that the raiders were “armed,” come from a deleted Web page of the Black Students’ Organization (BSO) at Columbia, asuccessor group to the SAASContemporary newspaper accounts in The Columbia Daily Spectator, a student newspaper, did not mention weapons.
[…]
Though then-Dean Carl Hovde declared the occupation of the Naval ROTC office illegal and said it violated university policy, the college declined to prosecute any of the students involved.  This decision may have been made to avoid a repeat of violent Columbia campus confrontations between police and members of Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) in 1968.
The ROTC headquarters was ultimately renamed the Malcolm X lounge as the SAAS organization demanded.  It later became a hang-out spot for another future U.S. leader, Barack Obama, according to David Maraniss’ best-selling ”Barack Obama: The Story.” [Emphasis added]

In 1968– soon before Holder arrived on campus– the SAAS collaborated with the SDS to prevent a gymnasium from being built, and briefly held Dean Henry Coleman hostage.  As recently as 2010, according to the Daily Caller, the perpetrators were described as “armed with guns.”

Of course SNOPES (the ‘fact-checking’ website funded by leftists politicos) says Holder was not involved with any armed occupation.
So, which is it?
Does it depend on which side of the political spectrum rock one crawls out from under?
It’s been said one man’s freedom fighter is another’s terrorist.

RUBY RIDGE

And I ask, whose paranoid are you? (link) posted specifics on the 19th anniversary of Ruby Ridge.
“On August 21st, 1992, US Marshals shot and murdered a dog and a 14-year old boy named Sammy Weaver. In self-defense, a family friend, Kevin Harris, who was staying with the Weavers, fired in response and killed one of the Marshals at Ruby Ridge, Idaho.
Over twelve days, Randy Weaver, Sammy’s Father, was shot in the back while entering the shack, next to their home, to visit his murdered sons body and severely wounded by FBI HRT sniper Lon Horiuchi. The next round fired by this murderer blew Vicki Weavers (Sammy’s Mother) head off while she cradled her 10-month baby girl Elisheba in her arms. The round continued on striking and wounding Kevin Harris in the chest.”

All this because the ATF thugs coerced Randy Weaver into transferring them a less-than-legal length shotgun.  1/2″ inch short (alleged).
At the time, someone said, “Isn’t this a TAX matter?”
