HOW MANY ANGELS can dance on the head of a pin, again?

angelsThe esteemed David Hardy reports to us on the tweaking (twerking?) of the New York State SAFE Act…

Federal judge upholds NY SAFE Act, strikes part of magazine limit

Posted by David Hardy · 31 December 2013 05:20 PM

Story here. He upheld the ban on magazines holding more than ten rounds, but struck down the provision banning putting more than seven rounds in one of them.

…and how many angels, again?

Who said better to be tried by twelve than carried by six?

  1. But he also suggested the state’s regulation of those weapons and magazines is related to an important governmental interest: public safety.
This judge apparently believes that, as Robb Allen put it, “Declawing the cat keeps it safe from other animals”.

Rochester Police Chief James M. Sheppard and his conclusion that assault weapons “are designed for one purpose – to efficiently kill numerous people.”
So….why do cops have them again? And that group of civilians are different from us how?
    Unfreakinbelievable.

  2. “Twerking” is appropriate here. Except that it only mimics the act when the citizen is literally getting screwed….
